Pre-work consultation 

I begin with a pre-work consult that allows me to evaluate the space or spaces you want to work on.

This initial consult can be in-person, via video chat, or done through photographs you send me. Project estimates are based on this evaluation.

There is a $110, nonrefundable retainer for this initial consultation which is applied to your project cost.

Estimation

I estimate the work required and the amount of time it will take based on your goals and my assessment. I send you the plan, including the costs, and a short list of items you will purchase (typically only large green trash bags).

Getting to work

Once you approve the plan, we will set a date for our first session. Payment is required only for the minimum number of estimated hours. Once we’ve reached those hours, together we’ll assess any remaining tasks to calculate how many more hours are required. You are always in control.

Personalized estimates

Since every home is different—and every individual’s process is unique—the costs provided are only a range. We work side by side as I help you physically declutter and organize your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, closet, office, garage, garden and more.

Estimated hours per area/project

Sort and declutter session: 5 to 8 hours (all initial customers)

Sort and declutter mini session: 3 to 5 hours (returning customers only)*
*Minimum booking is 3 hours. If a session runs shorter based on client preferences, the full session price will be charged.

So, how long will it take?

  • Pantry (no decanting or labeling) - From 3 hours
  • Kitchen including pantry (no decanting or labelling) - From 6 hours
  • Linen cabinet - From 3 hours
  • Closets (clothes, hall, storage) - From 3 to 6 hours, includes hanging and folding
  • Kids’ room - From 3 to 6 hours, depending on toys and clothing, and if child participates
  • Laundry- From 3 hours
  • Bathroom- From 3 hours
  • Garage – 6 hours minimum
