My philosophy
Inclusive • Judgement-free • Mindful
I have found two things that perpetuate clutter; self-judgment and criticism.
In the disguise of trying to “be better” we are often our own worst critics. This keeps us in a stagnant loop of acquiring stuff, and holding on to things too long, things that no longer (or never did) mean much to us—stuff we bought trying to achieve some sort of "better."
Our work together may be humorous, yet it need not be embarrassing. It may feel sad, but it need
not be depressing. Sorting, tidying, and decluttering helps open space in your home and your body and mind, which means emotions like these are natural.
Decluttering clears the path of things that don’t matter to you anymore, so you can see your
way to the things that do.
Sort For Good
There's no better time than now to get on top of your clutter.
